flash (macromedia): I've posted about this before. I'm trying to export as .mov and not having any
luck. I've tried the instructions below and that doesnt work either. Is it
because I'm embedding the video? I don't know how else to bring it in. TIA

version of QuickTime does not have a handler for this type of Macromedia Flash
movie'? There is a Macromedia Flash Player 6 SWF track being published inside
the QuickTime movie. The installed version of QuickTime does not support
Macromedia Flash Player 6 (Flash MX can publish QuickTime 5 containing a Flash
4 SWF track. See below for details.) To resolve the issue change the
Macromedia Flash version being published to version 5 or lower. Note: If
Macromedia Flash MX functionality such as embedded video is required, publish
in SWF format for playback by Macromedia Flash Player instead of QuickTime.'

Flash is ahead of QT and simply QT is not compatible with the new file format.
In order to export QT from flash you MUST change the export version to 5 even tho you not
exporting any SWF.
Import the QT MOV to flash , File - Import, place it on stage .... than go to File -
Publish Setting - Flash , VERSION - set it to Flash 5 .
Export as QT now must work.
