flash (macromedia) : what the heck is this?

its driving me crazy. im trying to tween an image so it falls...but it gives me this:

that means the tween is incorrectly made.
You could have shape or group of instance or multiple instance one a tween layer.
Make sure you have one instance only when you set up tween.
