flash (macromedia): hello, im a flash begginer and trying to make a short movie. I'm stuck because
im trying to enlarge a PNG x6 (which i can so) but whenever i do so, the image
gets all blurry. Is there a way i can enlage the PNG and keep its original
resolution?

IF you want to maintain quality of the raster images you simply can't scale them.
Even with best quality setting there is not much you can do because scaling image up results in
pixels being averaged and added, increasing the "stair step" effect and while scaling an image down
results in discarding of pixels, resulting in distortion....

You could import the image X6 size than scale it down so when you zoom it it becomes
it's actual size. But this will be rather large on the SWF output.
