Does anyone know I'm getting this alert when I go to open a flash file.

Here's the story:
I had a friend build a flash site for me.
I then purchased flash mx 2004 (not pro)
i just installed it
I downloaded the fla file (template that my friend made) off the internet
When I go to open the file I get an alert saying "seek failed on C:/ Documents
and Settings..."
I've reinstalled flash and that didn't help

Can anyone help?????

Thanks

It depends on how you are opening the file..... Try double clicking the file
to open flash.... Try moving the file to a different location on your hard
drive and double click it there.. Playing will probably solve your
problem....... You may want to check the file size by right clicking on it and
viewing properties if it is really small or 0kb then maybe it is
corrupted..... Try downloading the file again to a different location and
open it that way... Hope this works for ya, Dustin

Flash file are very sensitive , large one especially easily corruptible
and your most likely has been corrupted. This particular message usually come up in such cases
Afraid is it will be beyond recovery.
