I went to the macromedia store and tryed to buy Studio MX 2004 ...You can only download it for MAC or PC.....

Are there any plans to release and support the linux operating system?

Flashphpdev, I have made the same question !

I even spoke to a person called Jorelyn Kasilag from Macromedia Customer
Service. They do not know what is happening. There are plenty requests for
Licenses of a Linux version of Flash MX 2004 and as far as I got - they just
can't say nothing about it !

I'm going to phone them. Patience is good but it is not enough.

i will not buy flash and run it through wine, why that's like buying a truck
and loading your car on the back!?! it can't be financial issues either, this
open source porduct isn't funded yet the author have enough savvy to make such
an application (in BETA)
http://f4l.sourceforge.net

if macromedia was smart they'd port flash to linux, but there's been plenty of
talk and little (actually none) action.
