I had to wipe my whole machine on Tuesday. I formatted the drive and reinstalled everything again. I started by of course installing the operating system (WinXP Pro) and proceded to install the software for my motherboard (LAN, Sound, USB 2.0, Application Accelerator). Then went straight to the net for Windows updates (Service Pack 1 etc.) The next thing that I was going to do was go to macromedia and download the latest Flash Player Plugin for the internet. Well when I arrived at macromedia I was shocked to see that their usual Flash Animations in their headers were working already!?!? I was sure this shouldn't be happening as I searched my computer for anything flash or shockwave and found nothing. You can also view your browser plugins in IE 6 by going to Tools ---> Internet Options ---> General Tab ---> Settings ---> View Objects. And as I suspected, no plugin.

So I went to the Flash Player download page to actually download the player and the animations on that page didn't work, maybe the header did, I can't remember now.

So is there a way to play your animations without the person actually having the Flash Player? If so tell me, how does that work?

No , there is no way to play animation w/o the player.
The good thing about the IE browser is that it comes with flash player for many years.
You have been able to see the bar navigation because the navigation is
not made with latest version of flash , you browser players was sufficient .
Not the same case on download page where the test check for the very latest release .
