video size -- flash (macromedia)

Hello,

I have a video that is 800*600, I have used different products to resize it
to 600 with and keeping the aspect ratio, but every time the video looks
with a lot of distortion. Isnt there a way to resize the video without
getting distortion ?

Did you use any compression on your 800*600 movie. IF yes..then try to make
the 800*600 movie uncompressed. If no...

Try to use Sorenson Squeeze, works fine for me:

And ofcourse...Why don't you just export it right away to 600 ???
