flash (macromedia): i was wondering if it is possible to have difrent frame rates for diffrent frames????? please help

of course, you could simulate different frame rates - ie write your actionscript to skip the odd frame now and then.

I'm afraid no....

The only thing you can do is dividing the frame rate.
For example, if you movie framerate is 30fps, you can add some code that
will play the next frame every two frames, resulting in a 15fps.
But it's quite tricky, and it won't probably fit your needs.....
