flash (macromedia): When learning the Ray of Light tutorial sometime back I stumbled accross this
neat effect. In the attached file, I'm talking about the orange sunburst that
pops up when you mouse over the finished text (wait till everything is loaded
and mouse over the off-white text - or you may be able to see it when mousing
over the "skip" button while the file is playing). I believe it was a flash
extension that I had downloaded sometime ago. Unfortunately I rebuilt my
computer and lost everything. Any help is appreciated in advance. Thanks

Okay, actually I lied, the effect I'm trying to recreate is the orange
"sunburst" that is included in the beginning ray of light animation, and also
if you mouse-over the skip button while the animation is playing. I know how
do do the ray of light itself. Like I said, I thought the orange sunburst
effect was an extension that I downloaded. Any link to extension or tutorial
is greatly appreciated. Thanks again in advance. Here's the url

No, that's not what I was looking for, I wanted the "sunburst" that appears as
the ray of light comes accross the text. I'm sure it wasn't Swish as I've
never used swish, I'm fairly certain it was a flash extension, but I'd gladly
take any help. Any ideas

Might have been SWiSH .. there is a ray of light example for that (done with
a combination of effects, masking and scripting).

eg http://www.swishzone.com/max_swi/Sweeping-Ray-Of-Light.html

and an older one with effects...
