Posting the url to a sample that fails on mac might be helpful for
troubleshooting your problem. -Tom Unger

Every time I publish a flash file, mac users are incapable of veiwing it.
windows users have no trouble viewing it at all.
I have Flash MX (not 2004), and windows '98. I am simply stumped. please help!

[L=here's a link]http://www.managedartwork.com/flash.cfm[/L] to some examples
that don't work on macs.
Just click on one of the example flash buttons.

thanks.

I can also email .fla or .swf files that don't work. in fact all the files
I've ever made with flash have never yet worked on macs.

I don't think I've ever encountered a cross platform (mac/pc) problem
with the swf itself. The first example of yours I checked (1st home page
graphic example) has different paths specified for the swf source file in
the object and embed--so the swf file fails to load in browsers that use the
embed tag (fails in ns/pc as well as mac browsers).
I take fla files from pc to mac and back all the time with little
problem other than what would be expected (fonts issues mostly). Assuming
there are no flash version/player differences, perhaps your files are being
corrupted in transfer--try compressing before emailing). -Tom Unger

you have a mac, and let me know if you can see it and what type of
