flash (macromedia) : DVD like CD ROM? (flash 2004 pro)

A client wants a CD to play in any PC. The CD would consist of 15 videos, with
some buttons that switch between them.
Is the correct way:
(1.) Compress all the videos out of final cut pro to the .flv format
(2.) Create a new flash file with the navigation in it, that points to all the
..flv files (via the Media Display Component)
(3.) Export as .exe, and burn to CD ROM (including the .flv files)

Is there ANY actionscript I need to include? (besides gotoAndStop, etc.)

This CD NEEDS to be able to play in any PC.

Would there be anything that they need loaded on they're machine?

OR, is it just as easy as the steps I laid out above?

I really appreciate any advice.
I am used to Flash MX, and Pro has thrown me a bit of a learning curve.

HI,

You may want to look at JMovie to play your Movie files in it' orginal
format rather than converting it increasing the file size. JMovie uses the
Windows Media Players ENGINE and allows you to customise the way you want
the movie to appear.

Look at the evaluation and give it a go

Try this.

Thanks for the reply, but that would require the end user to have Windows MP.
The requirement is for the CD to be able to be played without any additional
software. (client request)

Again, this would be a very simple "buttons on the left, video on the right".
Click a button, the video plays.

Is my original post the right way to do this? Any additional AS? Are the FS
commands correct (placed in frame 1)?
