flash (macromedia):
i have about 50 pdf documents that i want people to browse.

right now, when a user clicks the title in a list of documents, that pdf
document will launch in a blank window.

i would like users to have the choice of saving the file immediately (like an
html link) or letting it launch in a the blank window. does anyone know how i
can have the 'save file' dialog box open when clicking a link?

[L=prefablab - the site in question]http://studentorgs.utexas.edu/prefablab[/L]
click on research when the window loads, then click one of the sections (1.0,
2.0, etc) then any of the titles that show up afterwards will launch a pdf.

thanks

I apologize because I don't know the answer, but if you be patient someone will always help you. This forum is good for that.

Why change topic line ? It's become separate thread. Please don't do it because whoever search for
such topic in the future won't be able to get follow up.
Plus , I personally posted solution for download of any file from flash tens of times.
even very recently , a week back.
What's the point of answering if user not even bother to search the forum ?
We post that stuff to be use - than and now .
All in archives , go ahead and search .....
