Hello,

I need to reset my security settings on my flash player, basically, at some
point
I accidently clicked "never ask again" on the "your flash player is trying to
access
a file outside the domain" notification.

obviously, this is kinda bad if you develop large flash apps.

I tracked down the Macromedia Flash Player manager located here:

http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_man
ager04.html

but for some reason it dosent actually apply the changes.

does anyone know how to reset the flash player settings?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

[quoted text, click to view]

The settings are store in shared object on your drive.
If i'm not wrong the player setting is save with extra # in front of the name
unlike ordinary shared object.
Look for it in macromedia.com/support/flashplayer/sys
