flash (macromedia) : Flash and Quicktime

I have created a Flash project with a number of controls, including a slider
bar to coontrol the video. When I test the controls in Flash, they work
perfectly. After exporting the project as a quicktime .mov, the slider bar
works, but seems to drag alot slower. Anyone know why this is, or how I can
get better performance?
Cheers

[quoted text, click to view]

QT barely support any flash actions , after all is Images sequence .
The flash layer in MOV file is a feature that is more of a gimmick than actually
proper functionality . Good for basic stuff like stop(); play();
I admit I'm personally amazed that you manage ot get scroll working at all.
Or perhaps I misunderstood you .

Well, what I made is a "play head" so the user can click and drag it to advance, or rewind the video playing. If you are at all curious as to how this is working in QT, I'd love to share.
