Hello

I am working on the publishing setting. i need my work to be none sclable, and
i want scolls to appear on the window if it is so small, what can i do??
currently the scrolls are disabled.

Set it to fixed pixel size and SCALE - SHOW ALL
(file - publish setting - html tab , you find it there)
It will show scroll once the file is larger than available window.

Keep in mind that if you run in frames , you can kill scroll by setting frame properties.
Than the above won't work. You will have to manually change the frame to scrollbar=yes
