I Would also make sure you got good meta tags along with some hidden html text
explaining what your site is and does...I type on the html file that has the
swf file..and I explain in small detail all about my website I then make the
text the same color as the background color so no one can see the text ..You
only want them to see your swf...reason? GOOGLE.. that search engine reads
webpages not just meta tags .. search engines do not read swf files so if all
you have is an swf file then no one will be able to search for your site..
To up load to your website ....I use front page but you can use dreamweaver
,cute ftp, ws-ftp pro ..well the list is endless....only thing I dont use is
the freaky control panel that comes with most decent web servers...

Best if you make html for your SWF files.
Than upload it to your web hosting account using for instance WS_FTP (can find it on download.com -
free edu version)
