flash (macromedia) : gotoAndPlay question

I just upgraded to MX2004 from version 4. in version 4 to make a button jump to
an other frame (via number or label) was very easy. In MX2004 I can't see where
it is easy. I see the script pane and I found how to jump to a frame:

on (release) {gotoAndPlay(12);
}

But I got this by trial & error.

Now I need to gotoAndPlay a frame by it's label and I can't figure it out. Is
there an easy way to do this in MX2004 like there was in ver.4? Or do I need to
learn all the code for each thing I want to do?

Thanks!

[quoted text, click to view]

Flash MX was extremely easy , it it had NORMAL mode which allow to compile actions.
MX 2004 no longer has it , there is only expert mode , they replaced Normal mode with Behaviors.
Look it up on your interface, somewhere under WINDOW menu .
It will help you with such actions .
Plus , the transition from flash 4 can be drastic so be prepared for some difficulties.
The syntax has change from flash 5 , throughout MX and MX 2004 it only develop but the foundation
are same so it is easier .
