We are experiencing this same problem. I have two people that have
been having these problems since they were upgraded from MX to 2004 -
I am not a Macromedia user, so if my terminology is off base bear with
me. So far I was not able to draw any similarities from anything that
is happening on their machines, although I am suspect of the licensing
service...It seems to happen at the same time of day. One user
suggest not clicking OK but closing the error window, then you can
save your data to another file and rebuild it from there, otherwise it
is all wiped out.
I am going to check the server side with Active Directory and Group
Policies. I think it may be network related.
Do you have any of the following running at your location:
windows server 2000 or 2003. Symantec Enterprise 8.0 AV, Exchange
Servers, New versions of Adobe photoshop (CS), iPod/iTunes, terminal
services. both user have XP pro.
