Hi. I don't know much about copyrights, but I have a questions. Ever
checked out the games at neaves.com? I have read the FAQs page. So the games
there, including their game names are acceptable?
I noticed he:
- written his games from scratch (THEY ARE NOT EXACT COPIES)...
- provided credit to the appropriate copyright owners...
- uses his games, etc. for personal use; not to make revenue...

Is this what it takes to make such games legal?
If I could do this, why would I need a clone name, etc.?

Anytime you use someones work, that is copywrite protected, you need to give
credit to the owner of the material! In most cases you need to pay a fee ($$)
to the owner, or agent who handles the content.
If your using this material for 'nonprofit' well it's not a big deal. But if
you will be making money from someone elses work, you owe them a fee....period!
Thats just the way it is...
