Ok so just like the title says.

So say i upload my movie and its set to 30 fps.

so say i view it in the browser , it looks lke its around 22-24 fps but not 30.

if i download it from the server directly to my pc as a .swf file and view it
in player it is fine. can anyone please help me out on regarding this issue?
