flash (macromedia): I created a flash movie with the background size 1920X1200 that was intended
for a projector showing. I now have to modify the background to fit in a
browser, but all of the layers are off center. Is there a way to move all
layers at once without using the Align tool since that centers everything.

Mostly all has to be done manually . There is small icon under your timeline call "Edit Multiple
Frames" but it's not as good in reality . Easiest would be to copy paste content into movie clip
than position that clip on stage , this however could disturb any existing actions.
Redoing manually one by one is your best option if you want to maintain the functionality.
