I am a band new flash MX user. And I wanted to know how to:
1) convert my mpeg file to a flash movie
2) compress my mpeg movie and
3) edit my movie (mpeg or other) in flash

I've done the tutorials and the lessons. I should have been a little more
specific as to the result I was looking for... what I am hoping to achieve is
something that cnet has, something like their flash applic.

out on getting started I would greatly appreciate it.

I couldn't find exactly what you are looking for. CNet has many FLash ads and
banners, but if you could provide more details about what you are trying to
achieve then we can help you more. Note: Flash is not a video editing tool.
