You will probably need to provide more information in order for anyone
to be able to offer any advice. What platform/os? What version of flash?
Downloaded or installed from cd? Are you trying to install the trial or have
you purchased a license? What exactly happens when you try to install (or
launch) flash? Basic hardware information may be helpful too.
If you did buy a license, consider contacting Macromedia support
directly for help.

i have installed flash quite a number of times, rebooted my computer quite a number of times and it wont work. This is really starting to frustrate me...
