I have a flash movie that runs perfect when I publish it. However, when I
publish as a GIF file, the movie flies through the scenes so fast you can't
even read the text or anything? It normally takes about 15 seconds to finish
a loop, with gif it takes about 2. How can I fix this?

I have made animated GIFs just fine without such a problem. What I am wondering
is if you have set a very high frame rate in Flash, and have a lot of CPU heavy
tweens that end up ruling the playback speed. If this sounds at all like your
situation, try reducing that frame rate.
