flash (macromedia) : Deleting .SOL files

I recently noticed SOL files located in my
c:/documents/daryl/application data/macromedia/flashplayer...related
to various visited websites. I realize they are a form of cookie and
I would assume they would be safe to delete. Correct?
I regularly use Privacy Eraser Pro but it does not remove these files,
nor can it be configured to remove SOL files. Is there a program that
would automatically remove these cookies or is it safe/advisable to
just remove them manually?

You can remove them w/o hesitation.

I'm not aware of program that would clear it.
The only thing I saw was SOL reader which decompile it and show you ever
saved variable, its class type and its value.

Personally I just search for *.sol and trash all after search.
