Fireworks menu goes behind Flash Piece -- flash (macromedia)

I made a menu with hot spots in firewoek, but part of the menu rolls behind the
flash piece on the website.

If you go over to the right hand part of the menu, under Business and Alumni,
you can see that it goes behind the flash piece. How can i fix this so that
menu is always on top?

This is an HTML issue. You should consider rebuilding the site template
using <div>'s instead of tables. Then you can change the Z-ordering of the
individual divs and force the div holding the Flash to ride behind the
navigation elements.
