Not sure about templates. I have made a couple of these Biz card type things
the best thing is to have a look at a few and replicate some of the ideas you
like using your own imaginative creativity

BUT, if anyone does know where there are templates Id like to have a look

I don't think there is such a thing, because a Flash presentation on a
CD is the same as a regular flash movie, the only difference is in the
publish settings.
To make a CD that will play on any Window$ or any Mac, you need to
publish the flash file as .exe (projector file for Window$) AND as
Projector for mac.
This will create self-contained flash files that can play by themeselves
(without a browser or without the Flash Player) so that any computer
will play them.
