hi i am trying to call a function after a delay in a for i loop or on a
timer of one second .. in the function it creates and displays some clips ..
problem when i want to call function 4 times , one per second .. and I run
the code , the images all get drawn at once after 4 seconds ,not one images
per second, or per for i loop , !!!! if there are 6 calls to function it
takes 6 seconds to display images ,3 calls , is 3 seconds !!! ,why cant i
have the clips display one per second or per for i loop, like i do in all
the other languages i write with (C , C++, C#, asm ,pasccal ,java , etc)
HELP .....!!!!!

oh you poor guy , bet you didnt know flash wont setInterval or set clock or
anything inside the function body , and it works off frame 1 ... now if you
only knew your answer to the next problem , oh by the way what lousy
documentation they have ... no syntax examples ,and few resources so far
