flash (macromedia):
if animated videos is your sole purpose for purchasing Flash,
then you would have been better off with After Effects....
or some other such video editing/production tool....
although you can publish Flash movies to .mov format
or export to .avi
as far as learning how to do this, you will need to spend $
and enroll in a class or purchase training tools such as those
available from Lynda.com... since it appears you're at the beginning
of a fairly steep learning curve... you will need to take some steps
down that road first and then bring specific questions to this forum
