Is there a way I can indicate the content of CSS DIV with a Flash menu?

I have set a Frameset where the top frame are the content (intro.htm,
contact.htm, etc) loaded from a Flash menu on the bottom frane but since I
can´t have the whole frameset absolute center on the page, I decided to
try CSS...

Can I do this? If so where should I start?
