Does macromedia expect me to switch between Dvorak and Qwerty every time I
switch between coding and using key commands? I have it set to Dvorak with
Qwerty commands, so why doesn't flash respect this?

I realize I could remap every command, but then it shows up in the menu
incorrectly, and it's just a whole lot of work to accomplish something
completely unnecessary.
