Need help with a basic menu creation. I have one frame with 12 layers,
for
txt and 6 buttons.

Each button has been created as a button symbol.

When i use the geturl action. i can only get the first button to loa
the ne
xt page. each button's action is created the same way.

would like someone to take a look at the file. i really have no ide
what is
going on. Lost in flash....

Will kick myself cause it is no doubt something simple.

The action is correct , the handler as well so I wonder what possible could be wrong.
Perhaps you add the action to buttons as last thing you do with them ?
What do I mean ... Sometimes we place button on frame 1, than on frame 5 we place NEW FRAME
wit the same set of buttons and something extra or less. For example frame 1 has all the button
in UP state , click button home it go to frame with label home where al the button are UP state
except HOME which is set to be DOWN , simulating as it was selected and highlighted.
Now , if you did that sort of this and add the action after all that has been done you must know
that not all the button has the action. New frame is consider a new button instance and it does not
get carried on any action given to a copy of the button in previous frame.
We need to give the button action first than duplicate them co each copy comes with the action.
Not sure if you know what I mean , that's the only thing that comes to my mind.
