flash (macromedia) : SWF vs. FLV and then some...

I recorded an application demonstration with Camtasia Studio and would like to
know what advantages/disadvantages there are in choosing SWF vs FLV in order to
publish it to the web? Are there any size and/or frame limitations with
either? Is one more efficient with respect to RAM? Are there differences in
what I can do in the Flash7 player with either of them? Any feedback would be
greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Can't say in regard to size as I don't use FLV and don't have any experience to how
it's export against swf files.
the difference overall is that only latest player can dynamically load FLV while SWF can be loaded
going back many years in many player versions. I don't believe they any difference in efficiency ,
it's all goes down the the final file itself , the file size in MB , either one if large will be
very CPU intensive.
