flash (macromedia) : Error Downloadiing help content

After installing Flash MX 2004 using a local Administrators User account , I
logged out and logged back in with a User account that is only a member of the
Users group. (No Admin Rights/Permissions). When I run Flash, I get an error,
"Error downloading help content. Please check your network configuration".
Besides this one error, everything else seems to run fine. If I add this User
account to the local Administrators group, I don't get the error. Obviously,
Flash is trying to write to an area that the user doesn't have write
permissions but why? Applications that need to write to areas other than the
Users profile or folders designated by Microsoft's security permissions model
is not developed properly.
Can someone tell me which folder or reg key I need to adjust permissions on in
order to avoid the error for my Users?

I experienced this also lately and feel this has to do with the latest
updater for Flash which also has a - i feel - completely new helpfile
backend structure. Anyway: people were warned that not running the updater
would cause problems with running the helpfile update system that belongs to
Flash. So basically: run the latest update and the problems should be over
(they were for me anyway).

I just discovered a simple work-around. Logged in as your limited account,
while in Flash, go to Edit, Preferences, and at the bottom of the General tab,
where it says On Launch, select anything except Show Startup Page. (Still
seems like a problem they should actually fix, from a programming standpoint.)
