flash (macromedia): HELP!

Please could someone help this dumb broad! I am trying to do a website for a
friend who wants text going around her circular picture ( a bit like saturn's
rings if you get my jist!) I have tried splitting up the letters using a motion
guide but the flaming letter A keeps turning upside down! Can anyone help me
out of this pickle please.

Did you consider Swish ?
It can be done easily with it :
