I thought that this little clip was awesome and want to recreate something
close this it. Does anyone have any idea on how this would work. Please help!

basically, all that it does is time a 2 different javascript browser effects to
a simple beat. not too complicated, really...creative idea though. i can't see
any practical purpose that this could be used for, except to give epileptic
people seizures while they surf the internet.

note that this wouldn't work on a browser that had javascript turned off,
though.
