I just installed the 7.2 updater. I de-activated all my extensions as it said
to do. Now Flash won't open at all. I get this error message: "This
application has failed to start because actlib.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.". Any ideas?

I believe I have discovered the source of this problem on my own. I think it
is related to the Kerio Personal Firewall that I run. I did a Windows XP
System restore and still couldn't rectify this problem. I had to uninstall
Flash MX 2004 entirely and start over. I even had to remove the Program Files
directory because when I re-installed it was still having this issue.

When I reinstalled I made sure to disable my firewall and I was able to
successfully upgrade all the way to 7.2. I will enter this bug in the bug
tracker. But I am posting it here so people won't have to go through what I
did. The installer NEEDS TO TELL PEOPLE TO DISABLE FIREWALLS!!!
