flash (macromedia): How to record fragment of live broadcast tv and save it as .avi/.mpeg file on my hard drive ???

Do it often but , do you want to do it in flash or just record what you see on web ?
Because in flash it's not possible.

not by itself, flash can only save small data files in *.sol format.
Something like cookies.
For anything else you need server site.

I heard, that Flash can execute DOS commands, so that i think it's possible to
save files in any formats on user hard drive...

What do u think about it ?

And i heard, that Flash can get any information about users computer and OS,
if it's allowed in user Flash Player settings. Is it true ?
