im not really quite sure about this, but when you loaded the swf, you specifies
the target "../empty" and when you unload you are supposed to specify the
target. So, shouldnt it just be,

unloadMovie("../empty");

Now does it work?

(Flash 5) if i load into a empty mc on the mainstage a movie on the second
keyframe with that action

loadMovie ("movie.swf", "../empty");
setProperty ("../empty", _xscale, "100");
setProperty ("../empty", _yscale, "100");

what is the action to unload it?

unloadMovie ("../empty/movie.swf");

doesn't work! any suggestions?

[quoted text, click to view]

unloadMovie("_root.empty");

try to use dot syntax, not many people are familiar with flash 4 coding methods.
Many of the users here are news users and they won't have idea what syntax is that
you use, minimizing in the same time any chances of possible help.
