I have a picture on my c drive and would like to make it possible for the user
to click on thumbnail of the picture on my site and it link to a bigger
picture. Kinda like a web scrapbook. Can you help?

Sorry, on the internet you can't refer source images to your drive.
It all has to be uploaded on the server.
