flash (macromedia) : can't import paths to flash 2004 ????

I want to import some AI paths created in photoshop to flash but I get an unknown error. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Flash does not support Paths, it can only take an image.
Unless you would convert that path to outline (fill it or stroke it), you could use it than
in flash.
