flash (macromedia) : Opening File Browser.

Hi, I'm trying to open the file browser to select a file. I know this is
possible, because I have seen someone post the answer to this question before
using the getURL() command. Unfortunately, when I tried to search for the
solution with the Macromedia Search on the forums, most of the search results
were having "technical difficulties". I am trying to make the file browser open
up, and then add they're file selection's name to a list box. So, would someone
please answer me on how to open the file browser?

How would I load data from an access database, but have the database selected
through a file browser. I already got the file browser to work. But how can I
get it to load the data from the selected, .mdb file?

I'm trying to make a hang man game, with selectable categories, and the
ability to save and make your own categories (using a different program, like
Access). So I thought I'd use databases. But, would it be easier just to have
the people making the categories, make text files but with formatting that I
can get flash to read through, like using loadvars, or sumtin?

You can't do it with flash itself , flash has not such ability, it need at least javascript
and hidden frame like in the sample :
