How do I show a score for learning interactions?

flash (macromedia): Hi,
I have a flash project i am working on that has a quiz at the end. I used the
Flash MX 2004 Pro quiz templates to build what I needed and then used it as an
external .swf in my project. I then found out you must use the quiz as _root
and not as a nested movie clip or external. Does anyone know a work around or a
way to score learning interactions. I have tried but can't find a way to come
up with a score once I have multiple learning interactions. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

If you have installed 7.2 Update follow the path:

C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Flash MX 2004\Samples\HelpExamples\animation
