Flash MX 2004 supports video very well. Theres lots of help in the flash
application regarding importing video into flash, and I believe there are some
good tutorials aswell. One very good way to use video is using the media
components available in MX 2004 pro. With these componenets, you can simply add
the video file path to the component and it will load the video dynamicaly,
negating the need to import the video into flash during author time, but you
can import and use the video compression tools.
