flash (macromedia):
(Note: I tried posting from Google Groups and there may be a duplicate - If so,
my apologies).

Hi All:

This is my first post and I am starting on a new project from scratch.
I want to load Flash dynamically into a custom made win32 application.
An app that is already doing this is Mozilla's Firefox.

I can completely uninstall Flash, rename the Flash's source folder, so there
is no accurate reference to it anywhere, reboot and run Firefox with Flash
working. How do these guys do that? There is no other Flash.ocx on the hard
drive.
How are they doing this?

Is there an SDK that would contain some info on this? There must be other
options to load Flash other than the Flash.ocx because Mozilla is able to
handle Flash across different platforms.

I may be in the wrong newsgroup for this. But if anyone can help point me in
the right direction, it would be much appreciated

TIA

Darrell

Found the answer.
They are using the NPSWF32.dll and are binding to that.
