flash (macromedia):
Howdy,
I don't seem to see any audio settings when exporting a .flv from Flash MX
2004. Do audio settings occur when you import the video, in my case .avi, into
Flash?

Or, do the audio settings in Flash's "Publish" settings effect the audio
quality?

I got some .flv with some nasty audio and the original version is not bad.

Thanks,
Computerpain

Thanks for the reply, what has no sound at all? Do you have sound in your video file that your trying to import? Is there no sound from the video when played as a .swf?

Cheers,

It's in the help file under "Macromedia Flash Video (FLV)".

I can just say you are lucky and maybe you can help me in return, no matter
what I do I get no audio AT ALL. The info you want is below:
When you export video clips with streaming audio in FLV format, the audio is
compressed using the Streaming Audio settings in the Publish Settings dialog
box. For information on audio settings, see Setting publish options for the
Flash SWF file format.

adam.
