flash (macromedia) : Animation froze...

I try with several project- All the time same issue- It's ok in local, I see
the animation but after on the web there is a black screen or the projject
start then strop 2 sec after...
I try with little and 1Mo animation : same issue...

suggestions ?

It sounds like you will have to design your projects more carefuly when
optimising for playback on the web. My only suggestion would be to use the band
width profiler when testing your animations. You are obviously going to get
much slower playback speeds over the web and should never use anything over
12fps for dial-up.

Try not to use bitmaps, lots of transitions and minimise sound and video.
It's a fine balancing act, and you have to ask what value each part of the
project is adding to the overall experience, and if it's not doing it's job
then it gets the chop.

But, you must use the bandwidth profiler if producing animations for the web,
better still continualy upload and test the animation throughout development.

You can also emply the use of preloaders to ensure a good bulk of the
animation has downloaded prior to starting.
