hi, i've got a motion tween that's a mask revealing a line. for some reason, a
portion of the tween slows down from 21 fps to 3 fps. this section is almost
replicated in another area (it's longer and horizontal vs. vertical) and has no
issues. any idea what's going on?? and how do i fix this?
