AS sets the ratios for the size of the buttons as they are clicked.
Flashkit has samples of this.

Hi all,

Can anyone shed some light as to how the navigation on this site was achieved.
Particularily, what Actionscript was used to move the smaller boxes to the left
and right of the big box when selected:
