FPS Question! -- flash (macromedia)

flash (macromedia) : FPS Question!

I wish to know how to assign specific speed (fps) to one specific frame in
Macromedia Flash 8. I found out how to change the general speed but I wasn't
able to figure out how to assign specific speed to one certain frame.

you can't, fps is global and once set up it will apply to main timeline and all
its content and any content that get loaded in level or target clip.
